Please review the following terms and agreements pertaining to your Limousine rental.  Rental of limousines and other vehicles from LEGENDARY LIMOUSINE service is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

*We require a MAJOR CREDIT CARD and %50 down when the contract is signed as payment.  Reservations are finalized upon receipt of a signed contract/agreement. The remaining %50 is due upon pickup. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy with %5 retained no matter what.

Be advised we have implemented a COVID-19 addition to our agreement that includes a zero liability policy to include catching covid-19 or any other sicknesses that is to be traced back to your experience with Legendary Limousine. We do sanitize in between each and every event and strive for the safest environment for everyone, including our drivers. We do not require masks, but if you feel safer with wearing one, by all means do so.

Our driver WILL be wearing one to further insure your safety.

By signing the contract you also agree to the above stated policy we have put in place AND the remainder.

No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service. Client or renter are responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and any equipment part of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to: gum, wine and alcohol spillage, smoking, vomiting, breakage of champagne, wine and drink glasses, breakage of decanters, breakage of lights, television, radio, CD player; Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least $50.00. If anyone vomits in the limo there is a $750.00 clean up charge. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. LEGENDARY LIMOUSINE reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger.  In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.

**Carry on beverages and food is NOT allowed.  Please make a list of the beverages wanted in the rental.  We will provide at cost to rentor.  Thanks**

(We are in essence a bar on wheels!!  Beverage sales is part of our income.)  NO smoking of ANY kind is permitted!

We do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period. 

LEGENDARY LIMOUSINE shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control. In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.  Early plane arrival does not cause a late pickup.  Pickup from the airport goes by the arrivial time on the contract.
